We hadn’t anticipated that multiple people who are already involved in the projects would be interested in the role!
Informally we know that there are four people interested in applying, and each of the four people have very different skills.
We chose to spend a significant amount of time curating a role description and designing a selection rubric that would allow us to select between strong candidates in a fair and transparent way.
